The Human Soul...

The human soul we know to be the very essence of our being, for it is life itself.  Even more, the soul is an integral part of the divine electro-magnetic astral force that is at once diffused throughout and regulates the boundless universe.  Spiritually, we are as one with all in nature, seen and unseen.

We sell ourselves short by failing to recognize this divine interrelationship, together with its manifold human and spiritual benefits, each profound in its own right.

We begin our spiritual journey with thoughts of love—love of ourselves, for all mankind and for all else.  Such thoughts take us into a godly realm to reveal the divine purity of the soul.  In this humanly selfless state we become a spiritual conduit of God’s all-encompassing love and of His healing life-force.

No longer can we deny our own innate goodness.  Our new-found spiritual awareness exposes the heedless pursuit of materialism at the expense of nourishing the divine life-giving soul.

Healing Request...

Healing & Comfort for a dear friend...

We received a request from a very dear friend asking for something to do with death.  She writes, “My dad is in hospital and having such a hard time, it would be healing for me to have words of comfort to share with my mom about people moving on.”

The loss of a dearly beloved touches our very soul, to reveal the presence of God.  For it is He who comforts us in sorrow.  And it is He who will lift grief’s veil that we may again see the light.  We know by the grace of God that we have only parted, that our immortal souls even now commune with deep and abiding love.

With our love and heartfelt blessings,

Mystery of Faith

“To understand the mystery of faith,
you cannot be told it;
you must experience it yourself.”

Sixth and Seventh Senses

Quite unwittingly we all to often fail to apprehend the true nature of another when we ignore our own spirituality, that which embodies our sixth and seventh senses, namely, intuition and understanding.

Albeit, to the great misfortune of many, if not most, our upbringing pays little attention to our life-giving spirituality, tending instead to favour our physical well-being.  We are taught that we have only five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.

Perceptive only to the intuitive spiritual mind (the 6th sense), unexpressed thoughts and emotions of another, be they conscious or unconscious, are sensed and made known.  To enable this spiritual awareness and understanding (the 7th sense), the listener becomes one with the speaker by at once remaining silent and exposed.  Of a sudden, an unspoken trust between two people is born.  Thus is forged the basis of a rich and enduring relationship; one that we otherwise would never have known.

All That Bedevils Us...

All that bedevils us is a product of the mind—the mind of the body.

If ever we are to free ourselves from its pernicious influence, we must put worldly thoughts aside in search of our own divine spirituality.  Thoughts of God, of His goodness and of His love for all, lift the shadowy veils from our soul to free the mind from its physical constraints: Our higher spiritual senses are in turn ‘freed’ to minister the mind.  Such senses—intuition and understanding—take us to a higher plane, one that allows us to commune with God.  We are becalmed with self love and with a love of others.

Our thoughts, though pure, are but the first stage of our journey.  If we are to honour our God-given peace and to manifest His glory, we must as well touch the lives of others with God’s wondrous, all-encompassing, love.

Our Own Disquiet to Self-recovery...

IN COMING TO TERMS WITH OUR OWN DISQUIET…it is well to share our thoughts with someone who we intuitively know will listen and understand.

Ofttimes this alone will show us the way to self-recovery.  To be sure, the path is not an easy one, requiring commitment, awareness and, not least, a refusal to compromise on that which we instinctively know to be right for us.  It is an irrefutable truth that nothing in life is more important, neither more rewarding, than coming to “Know Thyself.”
